This is 'The Interlace', the entwined housing complex chosen best building of 2015

Imagine a huge composite building by 31 blocks of flats of six floors each and 70 meters long intertwined and stacked one on top of another, forming eight spectacular hexagonal landscaped courtyards. So 'The Interlace', the project chosen by the World Architecture Festival as the best building of 2015. Designed by the German architect Ole Scheeren, the residential complex will be located in Singapore and will be with 1.040 housing.

Considered by Paul Finch, World Architecture Festival Director as "an example of bold and contemporary architectural thinking", 'The Interlace' It is the eighth building to win this prestigious award given since 2008. When making its decision, the jury considered that building revolutionizes the classic apartment blocks with a "new and radical approach to contemporary life in a tropical setting".

The building, that was completed at the end of 2013, It is in phase of marketing. Currently There are still more than 600 homes for sale and rental, ranging from the 773.000 euros of the cheapest floor that the cheapest apartment costs up to the 3,3 million euros for the more expensive (of almost 500 M2 with four bedrooms and fully furnished).

In terms of rental, prices move between the 1.100 euros per month which costs a study of just 14m 2 and the 5.800 euros of the penthouse with four bedrooms.
